Ashley Glass, Katy’s partner, is a top event producer with over 10 years of progressive and professional experience. She is an expert in non-profit galas and events with strong multitasking, organizational, strategic, management and interpersonal skills. She is passionate about making sure clients shine and excel in a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing environment while maintaining a contagiously positive attitude.
Diverse experience provides Ashley with the knowledge and expertise to manage events of various capacities. She pays close attention to detail and oversee all facets of events such as: multi-million dollar budgets, sales plans, overall guest registration processes and guests lists, master transportation plans (shuttles, valet and VIP car service), celebrity and VIP attendees, guest and sponsor giveaways, DMC coordination/collaboration, shipping arrangements (customs through Mexico), travel, riders, performers, sponsorship activations, contracts, invoicing, collateral materials, event programs/scripts, F&B logistics, auctions, board/committee member involvement, and volunteer/staff recruitment/day-of management.
